PTSDiscussion is about finding yourself and believing you are still capable of more than what you have done.
You can find yourself and become one with others around you to formulate a better version of yourself. Trying to stay focused is going to be the hardest part, finding yourself happens when you focus. Many people will speak on the subject of the here and now. Preaching how simple it is for others to forget the past, or to not worry about the future.
Part One: Self Discovery
What defines you? What are you willing to do in order to be defined? What actions are you going to take? Simple questions when asked to another. But what does it mean to ask yourself?
Part Two: Acceptance
What has happened to you? How does it define you? Are you going to allow what happened to you defy you?
How you view yourself is how your attitude will be reflected upon those who view you. You are your own worst enemy. You have to dig down deep to truly define yourself and what you believe.
You have to be committed daily to overcome the suffering. The things that bother you the most and the fears that bind you to whatever false reality you hold on to. Whether it be in your heart or mind, you are bonded by a past idea of yourself and it is a reflection of your current self.
