I have a lot if friends I speak with who are in the military and they all tell me the same thing. The problem is that the civilian head has all the answers and they forget that I have experienced problems they have never seen first hand.

We could start when I was little but that is for another day. This journal today is for just I. Because they try to fix me, but I was never broken. So their solution is they have none.

Just because you are sad after seeing something traumatic doesn’t mean that you are broken, it means that you are a moral human.

Someone who looks past the bad and hopes to find good by being something different than what happened to you in that moment. I have seen many years of pain and suffering and I have grown accustomed to the trouble it can bring, I have learned to master the inner me. People see me post on social media and they think that I am sad and they are right, but I am more mad. Mad at a disgraceful nation who doesn’t even stand by the people who stood for what they believed in. When you stand for nothing, you fall for everything.
