
I began my journey in life just as any-other…….
Person, one foot in front of the other. That is how everyone learns to walk, by falling down over and over. You get back up and you keep going, always, never giving it more. Your thoughts and desires are aspirations of your future, yet to me imagined and always ignored. When you think of trauma do you view it just through your eyes? Or do you try to step aside and see it from the other side?
The Other side;
You have to step outside yourself slightly, the way you do this is often up to you. I do have a few recommendations, one would be to just breathe. That is the easiest way to focus and put your mind at ease. Just relax, clothes your eyes and start to breathe.
– 1: Take a Deep Breathe
It is just that easy, so first breathe all the way out. And then kind of force the last breathe to expel all the carbon out, getting all the bad air out. You can even do this slowly, you do not have to make everything a race.
– Pace (You)R-Self.
You have to kind of focus on going at a pace here, breathing takes time. You have to relax your mind.
Relax Your Mind
This one takes you to the first one, hopefully by now you are kind of breathing. I imagine the ocean rolling in and out as I breathe with the sounds of the ocean breeze.
Listening to relaxing music is also helpful, by relax-full I mean something that you would see in a coffee shop and not a concert.
