As you learn to face your fears, you are able to overcome them.
You adapt to the changes that fear causes you. Uncover the person you are supposed to be, as opposed to the person you would rather be. You cant beat fear, but you can overcome it. By facing it and letting it defeat you, break you down, and push you to the point of no return. Then you keep going because you have to.
It’s your life and you only have one chance to live it. Everything you do in life is going to be the hardest thing you have ever done in your life. Why? Well thats because you tell yourself that same thing every day for your entire life. What do you believe in?
Yeah! You do that because you are what you believe you are and you usually believe yourself. So if you tell yourself every day that you are this horrible person, eventually you will became what you tell yourself. If someone with a title like ‘doctor’ or ‘scientist’ validates your thoughts about yourself, you will begin to internalize them.
What you internalize, will materialize.
Why is it that we tell ourselves every day that we can’t, we shouldn’t, hasn’t been done. Well if it hasn’t been done, then be the first one before someone else beats you to it.
