As you learn to face your fears you are able to overcome them. You adapt to the changes that your fear causes you, uncover the person you are supposed to be, as opposed to the person you would rather be.

You Are Who You Believe You Are

You can’t beat fear, but you can overcome it by facing it and not letting it defeat you or break you down. It will push you to the point of no return and you will keep going because you have too. It is your life, you only have to live it.

Everything you do in life is going to be the hardest thing you have ever done in your life. Why? Well that’s because you tell yourself that same thing every day for your entire life. Why do you think you believe it yourself? You do that because you are what you believe you are and you usually believe yourself.

Use Self Conditioning for Good

So if you tell yourself everyday that you are a horrible person eventually you will become what you tell yourself. That plus doctors and scientist are allowed to define us, because they are smarter than us? I try not to think so.
