This post is a lexicon of human interaction and relationships!
The subjects are Person A and Person B.
A bridge is anything in an interaction where a question or comment is met with a response.
A barrier is any limit that could be in an interaction. Sometimes we don’t get the response we’re looking for, sometimes we get no response at all!
Perhaps person A tries to reason differently than person B?
Bridges and barriers shall not necessarily define conversations or relationships. They are merely ingredients. In their place, we may discuss similarities and differences between two or more individuals, the way they think and/or communicate.
Let’s say 4 people are sitting at a bench.
Two of them start talking about baseball, the other two start talking about politics. A major barrier exists where two of the individuals are not talking about baseball and two of them are.
There is also what I call an; Anti-Bridge, where two parties are mutually against something, and Anti-Barrier: a limit in two parties being against something, or they are just not mutually against it at all.
