As humans there seems to be a lot of different things that we are addicted too.
Our society is set up for us to gain addiction at an early age, with instant gratification. Things that are designed to keep us entertained, will keep us distracted, things that distract us tend to get us addicted.
Somethings could be as harmless as running, but what about the guy that gets addicted and keeps running, running so much that it puts unnecessary strain on their heart and gives out.
Be mindful and do things in moderation!
