Pull-ups 25 reps
Deadlift w/ 135lbs 50 reps
Push-ups 50 reps
24 inch box jumps 50 reps
Floor sweepers 50 reps
Single arm lean & press 35lbs 50 reps
Pull-ups 25 reps

Do this work out with no rest = 300 reps

I would try for 3 sets.
